MOBILE HEALTH UNIT
Effective August 15, 2010, the ValleyCare Mobile Health Unit will be terminating our Memorandum of Understanding to provide medical services to the community at the 458 Maple St., Livermore, Ca location on the second and fourth Thursday of each month, 9:30am-3:30pm. Unfortunately, we have not seen a client population to validate our presence at this location. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity you have extended our Mobile Health Unit and staff to provide quality health care services to the community.
